how much does it cost to adjust status from a 2 year to 10 year green card? do we have to go through another round of name checks/AP?

i'm currently in the uk on the vwp and can stay until after our 2nd anniversary which is on july 25th.

hi all

my husband recieved his cr1 visa last friday after about 4 months of AP :):):)
his visa is valid until october. should we delay entry to the states until after our 2nd wedding anniversary...

interview 1/13/2010 AP :( didn't keep his passport. the CO was very nice, it seemed like we were approved...

hi

my husband had his interview on january 13th for a spousal visa at the Embassy in London. at that time we were told that our case had to go through additional processing so the visa could not...

i meant part 1 of the form, we didnt sign part 2 and yes we are Muslim so we are expecting AP after the interview. i understand there is no timeframe for it but i just wanted to know what the longest...

our interview date is getting closer :ohmy:

since we turned in all of our forms to nvc we are only taking along copies with us to our interview. we are taking pictures and emails...

how long does it take embassy to respond to email?

hi everyone

i called the call center in scotland and recieved a code from them to email the embassy to change our interview date. i did this last tuesday and recieved an automated message back...

i also have a similar problem obtaining a police report for a cr-1 visa. nvc said my husband (UKC) needs a plice certificate from his time in syria. i called the syrian embassy in washington...

Thank you very much for your advise. i will do that. i'll also have my husband contact the embassy in the UK and see what they say...if it dosn't work do they expect us to go back to syria and get...

i saw the link...i'm going to call the embassy monday, i hope they can help because getting it from syria unless you are physically there will be next to impossible.

well we just recieved a checklist for our ds230. they need a police certificate for my husband (UKC) time in syria. i called nvc and the lady said i could get it from the syrian...
