I've decided I'm going to wait once I get my 10 year GC and apply for citizenship in 2014 on my 5th year in the U.S (which will also be our 5th wedding anniversary)

I was asked to leave the US at the Buffalo/Canada border when I was able to get a new passport from the British consulate.

I spent 12 hours in a hotel near Niagara on the lake and then went back...

I was temporarily deported due to an over stay after my passport was stolen while I visited my finacee (now wife) in 2006


On returning on holiday in 2007, I was delayed at Newark for 4 hours...

Thanks for this thread, my AOS has been updated (according to the USCIS website) which says they have mailed out the info and I have to wait 30 days for my card to be produced and mailed to me.
