Strawbie......keep your chin up! What we did was decided the 'bottom price' we would accept and be resaonably happy with. Our buyers came in at £10k below that so I went back anf agreed to meet them...

Funnily enough we had a viewing last saturday but same as you she doesn't have hers on the market yet. Estate agent phoned on Sunday to say that she loved the house and has asked them to put hers on...
