My last information from my lawyer in Goa is different. He told me strait away "yes" is possible again for a foreigner to buy. In Goa you need additionally a permission from home department...

Since 8 years I run my own Guesthouse/Resort in Goa. I'm Swiss and not a PIO.

If you want to run a guesthouse business in a busy place, think twice. You will face a lot of pressure...

As far as I know this Swiss couple is still fighting against the confiscation order.
