Is there any reason you can't move slightly towards a bigger city? I have just moved to Milan - the thought of moving abroad was scary enough, so having a big city with lots of people and facilities...

I probably am eating too much, but it has been Christmas! I was eating too much in London too, but I am eating healthier food in Milan and drinking a lot less beer, so I feel a lot healthier all...
