yes you can enter if its genuine and not expired..............

i also validated my visa on NMR passport and no body ask me anything.

wanna know 2 out of 5 years rule, is it continuous or accumulated presence over 5 years period....including visa evidencing......

Case officer allocated 10 May 2009
Added my wife as dependant...

IELTS for spouse

hi all

my spouse gave IELTS which is expired six months ago.....
Can i use the same certificate to show her functional english criteria

she got IELTS overall 7 ...................

i recieved one statutory declaration from CO and asked to be witnessed by australian councellor/officer in UK............,,,
i dont think it is for paper based,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi anybody have any idea about statutory decalaration for PCC.

I need one as I worked in saudi arabia and after two weeks of hardship it seems impossible to get the PCC from there......,,
