Good luck to you and your wife!

Be prepared with all the required documents (original & copies)...when we had our interview the paystubs/letter from employers were not listed on "what to bring"...

That's correct...you can request for interim EAD if by 91st day your 1-yr EAD has not been approved.

Interim EAD is valid for at least 8 months.

I sent my change of address to MSC for my EAD. I sent the AR-11 in January and just got the letter yesterday that my address was updated. It's just so funny that it came after I got my EAD card. But...

We filed in Miami office on Oct.2001 got the interview notice, Aug.2002. It's been a roller coaster ride and we're not even close to the finish line.

Just be prepared to wait more...

1. Things are really moving slow in Miami, so expect to wait a little (it's a lie) longer than what's in the NOA. What does the NOA states on the number of days to process your wife's...

I've tried that before but found out you can't check case status filed at local offices.
