Currently I am working in Germany in a nice job.
But I really feel unhappy about living here :o
and looking forward to leave to Canada.

However I am afraid its difficult to get job...

I understand that you delayed the medical to avoid X-ray because of pregnancy.

But isn't the normal procedure to send the medical along with the application ?

Ya, but I think thats for any person who does not intend to stay permanently in Canada, which is not the case here.

If you read FAQ 13, I think that is closer to mine.

So, she cant get TRV.

Is it possible to accompany my wife on a visitor visa to Canada for example.
and THEN start the sposorship process inside Canada.

I know it would take little...

You can stay outside Canada for three years max.

I got landed on May 2008, then married outside Canada July 2008.

I plan to return January 2011.

The question:

Should I inform CIC abou my marriage now?
