Quick question ? I-765

Hi,
While filing the form I-765, at section 11 it says :If I ever applied for employment authorization from INS ??

Is this mean yes, If I'm a H-1B visa holder. or
No, since I never applied...

Is this true ? sometimes adjusting of status will just delay your case !

Hello ,
I have a F2B case " unmarried son of Permanent Residents " , from My Mother, with priority date of Mar 21 1995.

Keep in mind that the current date for these cases F2B is : Dec 01 1994....

I really feel for you.
Good luck, and my advise do not argue with the INS officer or show him that you know more than him, try to play politics.
