No. I don't think ".Net Technologies" is too broad. It's not difficult for them to assess. I personally guess it's something else. Maybe should think from assessor's perspective.

Pretty sure 2231-79 won't be completely removed but specialisations may be adjusted.

For example, C# may be removed from C++/C#/C leaving it as C/C++ because C# is already covered by .Net...

MODL is not updated yet. Some MARAs suggest new MODL will be released soon.
