Thanks guys, I'll do just that. ......time to open the yellow pages.

I have only recently qualified so I guess I'll have to try a direct approach as compared to going through recruitment agents.

Now I've been in Perth for almost 3 weeks now. Loving the beaches. No bad things about the city.

I'm an Accountant with exp. from London and Mumbai, and I've been getting this from recruitment...

This seems right.

Remember for your answer - analyze what causes the ratios to fluctuate. increase / decrease in Op Pr and Int Payments. You might want to go in detail as well. eg - any one off...

I did'nt convert the % figures into ratios.

you have the reverse the calculation to get the results.

% = Int / Op Pr * 100
Ratio = Op Pr / Int

The textbook is calculating the percentage. As in how much % of the EBIDTA will go in making interest payments.

for converting to ratios:
2007
Op Profit 1,500,000 / Interest Payment 75,000 = 20...

Interest cover is the number of times you can pay your interest payments from your operating profit.

So the calculation should be EBITDA / Interest Payments.

I've submitted my PCCs and Form 80 (12 Feb 2010) as requested by the CO on 27 Jan 2010. So far I've not had any further communication from the CO.

The visa application will cost you AUD 2525, plus skills assessment fees (which I dont know for Bakers)

It seems the September applicants are moving along quite fast. Around 8 to10 weeks for a CO since date of application.

You would still have receipts for the cash payments. You can send that as your payslips.

I did'nt notify DIAC about my application being on the CSL. But some people do. I think their systems are designed to identify the CSL occupations.

I dont know know much about IT, but why dont you try talking to all the Indian companies with a presence in OZ - Infosys, Wipro etc. Maybe you can get something through them.

Thanks Dorothy!, that solves my question.

I got the x-rays and the blood tests etc from a DIAC reg. doctor. Nothin to worry on that front.

And if I have to re-take them, my agent will be...

My agent asked me to do the tests so I did.

I have finished my medical tests and the doctor sent them off. Yet HOC sends me an email saying they havent received it, when my status on the online checking system says they'be been referred to...

Thats what my agent said. Unfortunately he's not able to predict how long it will be before a CO takes up the case, after the documents have been checked.

Few of the 176s on BE seem to have gotten...
