Hi Juan,
I am an Indian Citizen applying from US. Got my ACS RPL approved within 3 months. Applied for final stage in July2003 and waiting.

But lawyer told to be ready with FBI Clearance letter...

I went to my Local Police Station, they told me that they could only give me State Clearance Certificate for $10.
They asked me to go to a neighbouring town to get the fingerprints taken.
