That's what I thought Rene, technically it doesn't even belong to my husband. I think he needs to point this out to the employer. I'm not sure a photocopy would be sufficient I guess they want to...

Yep, the Labor Certificate was filed before the I-140. We found out today the I-485 was not filed concurrently because my husband's qualifications were incomplete in one area and so we were filed...

All we have is:
H1B and H4 Visas issued on 18 July 2007 and allowed to enter the country on 1st Oct 2007.

Green Card via EB3 work through employment Filed in July 2008
