Does my passport have to be valid for 6mths to visi the UK?

Im australian with an australian passport,valid for another 5mths [NOV 2009] and am leaving for the UK on sunday! [last minute gift/trip] do I have to renew my passport??

What options do independent designers have visa wise? all my customers are in the US and pay me online?

I get excited when it rains here thats how sunny it is,there is no autumn/spring in oz its just less like an oven for a few months.

The UK would be preferable for me personally because I love History,Museums,Art etc and it has all three in far great abundance than Australia does despite the mega malls/chav elements etc.I'm glad...

I do thankfully,but the dominant culture here is unavoidable without throwing the radio/tv/papers out the window and living in a box, Im not entitled to move to the UK either which I'd greatly...

you are in a minority like the inner city enclaves,the majority of aussies live in legoland or even more hideous 1980s versions with the local mall as the centre of it's cultural life.

There should be some sort of immigration swap program.

My father can move there tomorrow on an ancestry Visa,but I can't.
Quite unfair because he is a die hard aussie with no interest in the uk...

Parramatta and the western suburbs have been chavy rough areas prior to immigrants arriving in the area,I remember them being so as a child as I was born in Sydney.

I would'nt advise anyone to stay in Kings Cross.I've never felt unsafe in Sydney except for in the Western Suburbs and Kings Cross.Horrible place.Avoid Rooty Hill,St Marys,Mt Druitt,Parramatta etc. ...
