This clause has the code 8502:

Condition 8502 - The holder of the visa must not enter Australia before the entry to Australia of a person specified in the visa.

Why do you want wait until (or beyond) 30th April??? Leave AU next week for a couple of days... Thats all - in a week you can return with your visa in your passport!

Isn't there a from the CO defined timeframe in the letter, till when you have to leave AU? You should inform him/her about your departure details, this should be ASAP.

That's all true, but unfortunately if you want to send your application online, the DIAC application system will request the Test Reference Number, which you will only know after receiving the Test...

1. applications from people who are employer sponsored under the ENS and the RSMS

Under Q2 they list the 7 priority processing groups, where state sponsored applicants without CSL come into group 5.

So all application, where the applicant's occupation is not on the CSL, or the application is not sponsored by an employer or a state/territory won't be processed until...

MODL and SOL applications won't be processed until July 2010. All others (ENS, SS, CSL) will be.
