Re: Jobs in IT sector

Re: Jobs in IT sector

What's in 300K-ish? It's ok to commute 20-25 kms though.

Re: Jobs in IT sector

No doubts it's possible in Brisbane. My plan is 2 bedrooms, 2 kids, then sell, move to 4-bedder and have 1 more kid :)

Re: Jobs in IT sector

Well, I'm fine with "there are heaps of insanely rich people to afford buying property in Sydney. I ain't no one of them" mantra, so I'd rather move to more affordable location.

Re: Jobs in IT sector

It's not possible for 4 times top IB developer wage (which is about 140-150K p.a.)
However, Brisbane suburbs still have nice options at this range. Definitely not one of those McMansions, but srsly,...

Re: Jobs in IT sector

90-100K is fine as long as it's still possible to buy a house at 3-4 times the yearly wage (300-400K) not farther than 30 mins away from the CBD. Absolutely not possible in Sydney.

Re: Jobs in IT sector

Are there any options AWAY from these two "capital cities"? I'm fed up with Sydney and looking forward to moving as far away from it as it's possible.

Re: Please criticise my CV
