It took us ages to fill out- longer than 4 hours, but it was ever so slow. We couldn't believe it when we got to the end and the children had to have passports. We've just had to get their photos...

Thanks I realised that when I then got an email saying actually I might not get in and that they could easily help me etc, etc. I'll be more careful about the sites I check in future. Thanks :)
