Although I am putting in the application rather than the passport to have the stamp.

I'm guessing it will be the same though, if you can't even go in for the stamp I doubt they'll let...

I got mine done in Kingston recently - £155 for the medical and c. £70 for x-ray.

Very easy process - the doctor at Kingston was really nice and I was in and out for the x-ray in less than an hour.

I have lived in Australia for just under 12 months on a working holiday visa, but then have had five 2- to 3-week holidays in Aus as well.

As I understand it, the Applicant and Sponsor's declarations do not have to be on a form and do not have to be certified.
