OK thanks. I guess I was just worried the USCIS would do their checks on me and might find that the officer said 'we' had lied and deny my citizenship application, without me being able to argue it....

Just to clarify. Is that 30 days from the receipt date on the NOA? And then I can call up 800 number and ask for a biometrics appointment?

Thanks very much for the info. It just seemed to be much faster the first time around... I guess you are right and those wanting to remove conditions are at the bottom of the food chain. Good luck...

We didn't see him do it... but he said that he would file everything before he left work and that the green card would be produced within 48 hours and then mailed to us. Maybe he did it later?? ...

So,

The I-130 asks for the G-325a to be included. The I-485 also asks for G-325a... do I just attach a photocopy of G-325a to my I-485 or give an original one?

As Ian says, I think I am reading too much into every question.... should just answer what they ask I guess and stop analyzing everything! :lightbulb:
