Hi Sue, with the leaky homes issue we played it safe and always looked for a brick built house, we have moved 7 times in 6 years here and have rented and owned different houses...but we always bought...

Hi Sue, Welcome Bay is great, although we havn't got school age children, my son,wife have. They plan to come to this area next year, they are already here in NZ in Warkworth. They have their minds...

Hi, Well just to say that we are relocating to Welcome Bay from Snells Beach, which is 50k north of Auckland. We move next week 1st November, we may not be in the same age bracket...

Where are you living ?I know about cold houses, last year we were in a rental with a great view, but the winter was freezing cold windy and wet, with only electric rads that did not do much but give...

I used to go to the 'OLD' Jillys back in the late 1970's and 80's what a cool place that was...before it moved to Oxford Road I think it was on Gore street...rock and what abouts Waves I think that...
