I don't see benefit of getting a state sponsorship. Until now, no co for me. it has been more than a month after state gov sent the nomination form to immi.

I agreed with Slippery. I known quite some IT ppl cannot get a job even have residency status. One of them can't get any job since August last year.
I will not suprise if any of them became a taxi...

May I know when you did the Police Check, did you have to apply for police check in you own home country and to AFP?
I only did the AFP police check. Do I have to apply for police...

I agreed with safin. There is a news saying that the unemployment rate is 4.6 pc and Many jobs lost just in Feb alone.

I came across someone with the same situation as yours. I think as long as you fullfil the requirement of any of the visa which leads to PR, you should be able to do it.

Call the adelaide office and ask the operator about it. They should have information on the email address of your case office. Good luck.

I also fed up checking the status page everyday :unsure::unsure: i think not all 176 state sponsored applicant get priority processing like what is stated as "10 days". Something is not right.
