We do seem very similar - 2 kids too although we have a passat rather than a people carrier!!!!

Which agents are you using? We are using ASA - they are getting rather a bashing on this...

We are going for the 176 State Sponsored, we were 5 points short of the 175 so opted for the 176 to avoid my OH having to take the IELTS test. Looks like everyone else is now going for the 176...

With my husband being a 'Welder' I don't think the practical assessment applies to him. Our agent has never mentioned one - I think getting through the TRA is all that he has to do.
