There should have been another page with the interview letter which has a language that says 'its highly recommended to bring your Tax Returns with you'

We went through this process from L1-A to GC 5 years ago and i didnt have any direct reports. I was functional manager back then. Whole process took about 3 months and we had our GCs in the mail box....

Correction: His green card will not expire however my son will be 14 before we are eligible to apply for the citizenship therefore and per publication above we have to submit a new green card...

We were given our green cards in Sept 2010 and they are all valid for 10 years.

Sorry for the confusion. I/We got our green cards via L1-A route. I read some publication that if your child becomes 14 before the citizenship, parents have to submit new application for a new green...

My GC got approved from L1A to GC in 34 days. Filed on March 5th, and got approved on April 8, TODAY..

We are over the moon... Next stop closing on the house so we can get 8k.............:D
