At the moment the parents are paying $200 a week, which is really really low in comparison to London nursery fees. On the other hand, the overheads are comparatively low if you don't factor in...

I have 16 employees in London. There would be fewer in the US business however, because it would be one nursery as opposed to two, and registered for fewer children.
