Similar to the first poster. I'm spend a large part of 8 years in Australia.

I feel I've wasted a large part on my life being there and wish I'd never gone.

I've been back in England for two...

No I don't live in Dandenong council area, I live in city of Monash. I was approved by Dandenong immigration office. There are two in Melbourne, Melbourne CBD and Dandenong.

Yes I'm still waiting. I was approved late December by the Dandenong Immigration office. It all depends on the council. Which one are you registered with?

I agree with this guy. You pretty much know whether it'as right for you. Give it longer than a week but if you aren't happy best just go back. It's braver to say 'I'm going it' s not for me' than...

I'm still waiting for the ceremony. It's been 3 months to the day since I was approved at Dandenong.

Good news
I applied in mid Dec and was approved Dec 31 in Dandenong office.

Less good news
No sign of ceremony yet
