Hi moneypenny,

When you said Uni fees, does it means PR has to pay more than citizens, or only having to enjoy the partial payment facility / instalment as shared by looky?

Precisely, that was why i'm confused too. I remember the validity clock starts from the first entry (as per scrudu's explanation above), but somehow my VISA has an expiry...

Thanks miss_india. For my case, my online status wasn't being updated and not knowing what was going on until I received a call from my agent. It was kinda big surprise for me.
