We are new to the forum, but we too are taking the investor route.

For info we applied 7 April 08, got the 120 day letter 2 October, just put the documents in so we will now wait and see....

nsPaul, thank you so much for your very clear response, and thankfully yes he was only 20 when our application was registered. They do plan to marry at some stage and now at least we know how to go...
