I agree al raha beach is the place to be, directly opposite HQ, loads of coffee shops etc now open, waitrose and Spinneys, own beach and a stones throw from yas island with all the hotels and bars on...

You will get a 1 bed on al reem within that budget, depending on where on the corniche you should be there within 10/15 mins once they sort the traffic light timings out, even quicker when the slip...

Unfortunately with a housing budget of 6,000 AED all you would get on Al Reem is a studio apartment, most 2 beds there are around 120k per annum. I dont think there are any 2 beds for 70k in Abu...

You would get a nice 1 bedroomed spilt villa between 2 bridges for that, with access to a pool. Good location for left bank etc. Otherwise muroor is your only other option if u are lucky!

Of course we all use licences in auh ;-), but the 1 we usually use is behind carrefour on airport road. Not open till 4 on Fridays though
