Did you find it difficult to find AEO?

Are companies happy to make the AEO with the knowledge I could be year + away from...

I spoke to them last wednesday ( so defo after OCT lol ).
Im a bit confused though, can I not even submit the forms without a job offer?
They said on the phone that it doesnt matter you dont...
