Well two and a half weeks gone and trying to settle. Been good so far, staff at uni have been great. Eventually found a houseshare last week and moved last Friday.

To be fair to HR at the university they have been very helpful but been a bit unlucky in that there was a change in personnel and people on leave etc which I think has led to...

Thanks for replies all. Ya I think houseshare is the best bet although doesn't seem to be too much advertised from what I've checked so far.
