scottymallo - really? I doesn't say to send in the passport. On the form they ticked the box saying "your personal items are no longer required". And E-cas still says 'in progress'.

Husband had his medical done about a month before we submitted the application and we sent whatever they asked for with the app.

Does this mean that perhaps they have not...

We just did something similar. I'm Canadian, my now husband is from the UK, and we got married in Canada in June 08.

I think requirements vary from province to province. We got married in Ontario...

It makes me think even more that there is something wrong with ours. London started processing on November 13 and we've heard nothing. Fingers crossed.
