Thanks. Have just checked the AIM assessment criteria and it seems very stringent. My role contains most of the key duties listed and more complex duties besides, yet I am not a "Senior Manager"...

Can somebody perhaps confirm that I am not missing something? Having checked the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) and Employer Nominated Skilled Occupation List (ENSOL) I can't see any listing for jobs...
