As far as I know, Internal Affairs does not include tax record filing as one of its background checks. In fact, according to the application, you only need supply your IRD number if there is some...

Erm, actually, that is incorrect. In Canada, like most of Europe, cholesterol is measured in mml/litre (and my cholesterol readings at GP visits in Vancouver confirm this). Canada and most of Europe...
