I just spent the last hour or two banging my head against a brick wall trying to buy renters insurance online... Including doing the dance with TD, and getting to the 'fill in a form repeating...

Moved to Toronto a couple of weeks ago. Spending the first little while in a hotel.

Looked at 4 or 5 modern condos. 2 of them weren't quite finished yet, they were that new. Ended up choosing one...

Mine was filed in Ontario in early October, and took 5 weeks and 6 days to be granted.
