Thanks Neilt for takin time to answer. It thought so too that only gaps in employment and/or activities should be explained and employment if claiming for it should be proved... maybe somebody will...

Thanks for your input. I thought it would show on the FBI police certificate since fingerprints were taken during deportation proceedings. I guess my doubt is whether that's a sufficient...
