Re: how long after we are approved

Re: Cairo Consulate -- "not at full capacity"

Yes, he'll love it just as I love the way he gets English goofed up. It's logical yet wrong all at the same time.

So, what's the scoop? Are you going with the K3 so you can see her sooner or...

Re: Court Record obtaıned ın Turkey

Glad to hear he's handling his new life just fine. In general, Abdo is positive but he has a moody side once in awhile that I'm sure will surface once his homesickness sets in.

I think Rene's...

Hey Leslie!

Any more thoughts on the Cairo Club "union"?

How's Khalid doing? What did you decide to do about AOS?

Re: INSURANCE

Mohammed,

Rete is correct. And, from what you've posted previously, I believe the normal period allowed for adding a spouse after marriage through an employer has passed. So, when your wife's...

Re: Cairo Consulate -- "not at full capacity"

Don't be so sensitive Oceansky. While I agree Rete (she's a she and not a he, btw) could have been a little gentler when advising you to not use the caps key, it's not that big a deal. As usual,...

Re: Cairo Consulate -- "not at full capacity"

I don't know if it's that dire, but you might want to plan for that vacation to see each other so the wait isn't as long...

This could also be the new "catch phrase" to cover any and all delays so...

Re: Chicago POE experience, not the best one :-(

Lily,

That's precisely why I'm going to fly home with him. Abdo's English is functional. After jet lag it might be less so. Better safe than sorry. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed we'll...

Re: Cairo Consulate -- "not at full capacity"

Hi,

They alluded to as much when the Cairo Consulate replied to my Senator's inquiry on our case in February. Apparently, the Department of State is pulling staff from Cairo to complete its...

Re: Chicago POE experience, not the best one :-(

Thanks for the reassuring note. The sooner we can catch the bus to Milwaukee the better for me. We arrive in the afternoon at O'Hare and I'm hoping we can be home for dinner!

Re: Our timeline for DCF Egypt - husband received his CR-1 visa

So, has he settled on a job?
