Your parents are on E2 I think it is unlikely they can get LPR unless they buy a business in the UK, then convert to L1 then green card then sponcer you with I 130

You better buy a US business (subject to visa approval ) as soon as possible,
get a degree or marry an American or get out of the US


You have to qualify in your own right once you are 21...

Why dont you write to your congressman I am not sure it would do any good but there are many in the same boat as you

You could also write to the ombudsman to see if there is any other options for...

You may do well to go to university and get a degree, followed by job offer H1B then green card

Or you may end up meeting a partner and marry problem solved

Hi

My advise would be (if possible ) to keep your UK business going and apply for L1 (inter company transfer)

The L1 could convert to green card down the line and so protect your children

Husbands I 140 was approved in may 2001 before sons birthday
his I 485 was submitted before sons 21st

This was approved April 2004 after sons 21st

Failing this you could set them up in business or marry them off to a USC
