Is that a regulation? Surely they don't have requirements for the number of layers children must have, that just seems a bit too interfering. If he's not cold then it shouldn't matter, IMO.

Fair point...I was thinking more of haggling in the day to day sense (like you see in eastern europe/india/china), not so much for big ticket purchases which seems to be what everyones talking about...

The bunac things looks pretty good. Only Im not sure...would people want to give us a job in our areas if we could only be there for 12 months? Looks like Id better do some investigating.

I travelled to Melbourne a few years ago on holiday and I didn't haggle for anything and I didn't see anyone haggling for anything. So I dont think its that normal...
