Thanks for the reply..The application form does clearly state 10 years OR from 18... so I will just 'do as Im told!' Only did 10 years for last forms (work visa and PNP)..Looks a bit funny with jobs...

CELPIP must have changed now since earlier posters. Ive just taken (May 2014) mine at Calgary College and you are now marked from 1 - 12 , and 5 or above is a pass! Know exactly how you felt on test...
