Oh no.... what a pain... ours is scheduled for September 20th but the ceremony venue is currently in use by the Red Cross for Houston flood relief. So we may be rescheduled also. Who knows...

We are waiting for the official scheduling but our District (Southern District Court of Texas) only has ceremonies once a month so we are likely to be on the next scheduled one on Sept 20. Apparently...

The state license is probably the least of your worries. You don't need a federal insurance license. You will have to become licensed in any state that you want to do business in but this is simple...
