The rule is in Texas is if you look under 40 you'll get carded...well at least thats what the signs in Walmart say :)

A drivers licence here is so much more...its used for anything and everything...

lol, well I can only say its incredibly simple...you will take the written test and then the next day you turn up to do the practical part...they make you parallel park and drive around a residential...

It is a year if you are visiting. Once you become a resident of Texas you have 30days to get a drivers licence. You will need to take the 'written' exam and do the practical exam. Both of which are...

Going through the AoS forms and going to fill out the Affadavit of support stuff and just had a few questions.

My wife has to fill out an I-864 as she is my sponsor however, we are using her...

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas whether it may cause a problem that my fiancee and I got married before this envelope was taken in? I would assume not as my I-94 shows my arrival time etc......

I arrived 6 days ago and in the stamp mark in my passport and on the I-94 stub he has written K-1. My fiancee and I are now married and we are about to fill out the AOS documents tonight/tomorrow.

He just stamped my passport and the i-94 stub and told me that was it and yes I still have my brown envelope...I came on a K-1 visa

Interestingly the POE officer didnt ask for or open up my mysterious brown envelope. Is this normal practice?

So after 4years 3months of travelling between the UK and the USA I have finally arrived in the USA on my K-1 Visa. Arriving was breeze I have never gotten through immigration so fast!

Definitely first pages. just applied and was fine. Be careful to read and make sure that everything is on there. Some forms specify that they want total amount of deposits over 12 months. Banks...
