Nice one D4ve, I rang them today, they said to book myself in to a hotel for a couple of days, so I can choose curtains & furniture etc. with the vouchers they will provide.

I am a PIO although I do not hold a PIO card, my wife is an NRI.
Should I put the villa in my wifes name entirely to avoid property complications? :confused:
