You are absolutely right, i'm not a fan of indian security forces.
The heads should rolls but that won't alone change much until the security system is re-evaluated.

GEMS (Not an acrorynm) is worldwide, managed and run by some indian expat in UAE and the school is GEMS Our Own English High School in Al Ain.

Yes, you're right the tuition fees at Chouefiat are very similar to AAESS, however what about other international schools such as GEMS, Emirates National School and Manor (or Madar).
Any info?
