I think it is something like you can't fly after 28 weeks, best check though as airlines are different. As for new borns, my midwife said at the time we flew that there is not any strict guidelines...

Hi, there are some really lovely places in Tauranga, if you want the beach go for Papamoa or Mount Maunganui, it may be a short trip to work but well worth it, Matua and Bethlehem are both very nice...
