here are my timelines:

Application Received by Mississauga Office: 14th July, 2008
Sponsorship Approved: 7th August, 2008
London Started Processing: 18th August, 2008

No updates since then!!...

you could ask your spous/friend/relative to call that 1-800 number and ask the reprensentative to give him/her the toll-free or local number to call from outside Canada. I think they should have such...

An interesting tracking info. I have been to site and sorted out London processing timelines. everyone who has applied past may, hardly someone would have gotton the visa. I wouldnt rely on this site...
