In a nutshell!!
Receicved 6(c), charged with misrep due to trying to gain immigration benefit, (although I wasn't of course)!
I was refused IV on the 26th July, I then was told to apply for I-601....

Passport Collected

After a long and difficult battle I have had my passport collected, this thanks totally to my Lawyer Steven D Heller. I will be leaving for PA soon in the new year!!

You can store luggage at the Goulds but I'm not sure how much it costs or what space there is. I left my phone there with a small over night bag and i'm sure that it was only 6quid. It's about 15mins...

They refused to allow me to take a copy!! We both felt that they were very incompetent as the Officer had to keep making phone callls to be told what to do next!!

Lawyer has said today that there is no reason that I should have been refused IR-1 and what is written in my passport is not grounds for inadmissibility and that he is going to request my records...

No that is just the thing we told them that we wanted to apply for a GC later in the year through London and we honest with them the whole way! Weird eh.
