April 2104 is when her PR expires and can apply...I agree Polly not saying we deserve it more than others ... but to us it isn't such a big deal like it once was ..and would like to travel again...

hey just a quick one OH got spouse PR in 09/2009 arrived in AU in 04/2012 as she had family, health, work commitments, will she be eligible for citizenship in April 2014 if we provide exceptional...

spouse visa 100 timeframe to visit before cancellation?

My wife the (applicant) has done the initial visit to oz and wants to know how long she can stay overseas before the PR would be cancelled it expires in 6/2014? What we would need to do to renew it...
