Just send your application ASAP and include your fiancee as de facto relationship. Then, after your marriage send Form 1022 and proof of marriage.

Does anybody pay the 2nd instalment ? How is the process ? Does DIMIA send a form to complete with your credit card number, or they use the payment data from 47SK ?

I have the same doubt. I received from dimia only one Form 80 for me an my the facto partner, but the letter specified that every person (over 16) included in the application should complete the form.

I don't think visas from UK are processed faster. It seems that, because in austimeline there is more people from UK than from other countries.
