No worries, just go to local office (with InfoPass) and have your passport stamped with I-551. who knows, maybe you get your interview before you will be able to get to the office. Though it takes...

No, it was not. It was transfered to my local immigration office to be approved right in an office of an immigration officer during interveiw for a citizenship.

N-400 - filed in jan ' 08
April 21 '08 - had N-400 interview during which was approved two applications - I-751 and N-400. Now waiting for oath...

I picked the one that is talking about pending case. I think it doesn't matter much what you choose. i checked - the time and dates available are still the same.

Actually, I understand perfectly what those dates mean. They show immigration services normal processing time. If it was February 10 2007 previously, it meant that one of the cases from the pile...

This is a problem. Denver office is open till 2 pm and my school does not allow me to have free time to run for other errands. Doesn't this situation suck?

Update:

I have called in Customer Service today. They told me my case is not behind their dates yet - filed on Jan 16, 2007; the web site shows Feb 9, 2007. :sneaky:

I was told to "buzz off"...

Yes, Congress people can be nice. But, frankly speaking, after battles with immigration services about my fiancee visa, then travel document, then green card and along with bothering congress...

I filed mid-January of this year. I didn't hear anything from NSC although the web site shows...

It is hard to show exact day of immigration cases review, because of huge amount of applications, different conditions of applicants, and different speed of officers in taking a decision. You may...
