Thanks for the information guys, i do love the Bayside area (have a friend renting in Black Rock), but i think ultimately it is out of our league for now.

We've just signed up with a company called MoneyCorp who were recommended by a friend and they initially seem ok, but i've not used them in any transaction as yet so early days.

Worth a call maybe.
